Terms and Conditions for the Fluid Meteo App

Introduction

‍These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Fluid Meteo App (“App”), provided by Ubique Innovation AG, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing and using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you are not permitted to use the App.

Fluid Meteo Services

‍We offer services related to weather information and forecasts (“Services”) through the App. These include, but are not limited to, visualization of weather model data, real-time weather data, and weather forecasts.

License and Restrictions

‍We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App and its related Services. You are not allowed to use the Services or content for commercial purposes, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works.

You acknowledge that the weather forecasts are generated automatically based on weather models without constant human review.

Final Provisions

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be adjudicated in the competent courts in Zurich. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and replace all prior agreements regarding the App's use.
